kot se spreminja moda, se spreminjajo tudi načini njene prodaje. iščejo se novi koncepti, bolj ali manj vizionarski, eksperimentalni in inovativni: veleblagovnice postajajo družbeno angažirane, na prodajnih prostorih odpirajo razstave in pop up šivalnice, v mestih se za kratek čas vzpostavljajo  ”guerilla stores”, na različne konce sveta se v kontejnerjih pošiljajo “shop-in-a box stores” , po deželah se v avtobusih prevažajo mobilni butiki… zmagovalka med prodajalnami zadnjih let pa je sigurno spletna prodaja. vabljeni!

just as fashion is changing all the time, the retail possibilities of fashion are also changing. the new concepts are looking, more or less, visionary, experimental and innovative: supermarkets are becoming socially engaged, on their sales floors exhibitions and pop-up “sewing cafes” are being opened. in the cities, short-term “guerilla stores” are being established, “shop-a-box stores” – portable stores in shipping containers – are being set up temporarily, and mobile boutiques in buses are traveling around the countryside. but the winner of the retailers in recent years is surely the e-shop. kindly invited!
